Do I have to do a Trial run?

Trial Runs are not required to book, however I highly recommend them. A trial run will give us the opportunity to meet face to face, look at some inspiration photos of the look you would like to achieve and together we will create your bridal look. Trial Runs are typically 60-90 Minutes, once we complete the look we will take photos for reference, keep in mind that the look is not set in stone, its your wedding day and my goal is to make you feel your absolute best on this big day, so if we need to make some tweaks we absolutely can!

How do I book you?

Please fill out my contact form with all your details such as Wedding date, location, number of services required and any other details that may be important for me to know, once I have these details I will send you a quote detailing the terms of services and your pricing.

The Booking will be confirmed once the signed contract is returned to me along with a non-refundable 30% deposit of services which can be paid via e-mail money transfer, cheque, cash or Paypal. Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Do you Travel?

Yes! My services are completely mobile, I take the stress of having to run around on your wedding day away.

Relax enjoy coffee and breakfast maybe even a little extra sleep while I come to your location of choice to get you and your bridal party ready. Travel is included for all services within a 25 mile radius of Buffalo, NY and Niagara Falls, Canada. For all distances further than this a small travel fee will apply to cover travel time, gas and wear and tear. Contact me for a customized quote.

Do you have a Team?

I primarily work alone however I do have a trusted roster of artists that assist me when necessary. Whatever your party size is I've got you covered!

If I don’t want a lot of makeup is the price negotiable?

My rates are not based on how much makeup I use, they are based on the time, skill and quality of product I carry.

Often times a more natural look can take just as much time as a full glam look. 

The Fine Print

Terms of Service

In order to secure your wedding date a deposit along with signed contract in required.Your deposit of 35% of the total for wedding day services is required along with the signed contract within 7 business days of receiving the bridal contract, after this time Laura Amaya Beauty reserves the right to book other clients requiring the same date and the contract will become null and Void. All deposits to reserve the wedding date are non refundable.

During Peak season from May-October a booking minimum of Bride + 4 services is required for Friday’s, Saturdays and Sundays.

Cancellations

All Cancellations that occur 90 days before the wedding date will not be subject to pay the balance owing for wedding day services, the client may cancel the services without further penalty. Cancellations after the 90 day period will be subject to pay the balance owing for wedding day services. All balances owing must be paid in full 7 business days before the wedding date, balances may be paid via credit card, cash, electronic funds transfer. All deposits, and payments made towards trial runs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Monetary refunds are also not available for any completed appointment or service. As we do not provide refunds, it is very highly recommended that you invest in a trial run especially in the case of weddings
